This website has deliberately been built to collect very little data. It does not set cookies, measure visits or load anything from third-party servers. Fonts are hosted on our own server, so no connection to Google is made either.

When you use the contact form

We process the details you enter yourself: your name, email address, company if provided, the reason for your enquiry and your message. This data is used solely to answer your enquiry.

The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract. The information is deleted once the enquiry has been dealt with, unless a statutory retention obligation applies.

Your enquiry is transmitted through our self-hosted automation service, n8n, which sends it to us by email. We use Google’s Gmail service to send and receive these emails.

Server logs

When you visit the website, the technical log data generated by any web server is recorded: the time, the address requested, the volume of data transferred and the IP address. It is used to operate the website securely and is not combined with other data. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR: our legitimate interest in reliable operation.

To limit contact-form abuse, the IP address is counted in memory for one hour. The address itself is not stored.
