Michael Reikersdorfer. Building software. Sharing knowledge.
We’ll build it
ourselves.
The spreadsheet no one understands any more. The report rebuilt by hand every Monday. With AI, your team can build the small tools these tasks need. I’ll show you how.
For people who know their job.

Our CRM.
Built by us.
I built our own CRM for PROPUP. It brings contacts, sales opportunities, activities and contracts together—an application designed around the way our own company works.

A complete CRM is a larger project. In the workshop, we pick one task from your working day and build the first application for it. The starting point is the same: what do the people using it need?

You know
the problem.
That’s a
good start.
Perhaps you’ve had an idea for months. Perhaps you’re simply tired of a task that keeps taking up your time. Bring exactly that.
We take one day. In the morning, you learn how an application fits together. In the afternoon, you build a first version for your own working day. I support you until you understand how to keep working on it yourself.
- Who with?
- Up to twelve people from your team.
- Where?
- At your premises or in Vienna.
- What remains?
- A first application and the knowledge to change it.

On stage
And sometimes
we build in front
of an audience.
In my main talk, I build a small tool live. Along the way, I share stories from running PROPUP: what we do with AI, what went wrong and what we learned from it.
Talks for your eventWhy I do this
People who work with a task every day
often already have a very good idea of the solution.
I see that when building software, and it is what my workshop builds on: you bring the knowledge of your work. Together, we find out how to turn it into an application.
What would you like to build?
